Morfik Sharing and Bookmarking Package
We are pleased to announce the release of our Sharing and Bookmarking Package which is designed to make using social Sharing and Bookmarking in Morfik applications easy.
The Sharing and Bookmarking package (see package in action)
The Morfik Sharing and Bookmarking Package allows visitors to your website to select the social service of their choice in order to save, share or bookmark your content online. Instead of crowding the screen with dozens of buttons, coding API for each of them and maintaining them individually, you now can simply use all-in-one widgets with working connections to most of the social networks, blogs and messengers. The package consists of three popular social bookmarking and sharing widgets: Add This, Add to Any and Tell a Friend.
Using Morfik’s Sharing and Bookmarking package enables Morfik XApp developers to increase traffic by allowing visitors to share and bookmark content without leaving a website. Where social media matters, you step in with our Sharing and Bookmarking package.
Let’s have a quick look at how the Morfik Sharing and Bookmarking package works. Firstly, open your project and install the Sharing and Bookmarking package. Once added, five widgets will appear on the home ribbon when the form designer is active (see Figure 1).

Those widgets are ready to use with no need for additional coding. All you have to do is place them on a Form. That’s it! The process is now complete and Sharing and Bookmarking is available in your application. Figure 2 below shows the widget in action.

A live demo of the Morfik Sharing and Bookmarking Package is available here.
Please refer to the package documentation for an explanation on how to track what content users are sharing, what social services they use more often and how to customize widgets.
The Morfik OpenID package is available to all MDA Plus and MDA Premium subscribers, and can be downloaded from the Morfik Packages webpage.
